Submission guidelines
1. Abstract must be written in English.
2. Title should be entered in the "Title Field" (not as part of the abstract) and should contain no more than 20 words or 70 characters including spaces.
3. Abstract text should be entered in the "Abstract Text Field" and should contain no more than 400 words and 3000 characters with spaces. The system will not allow you to enter more than 400 words and 3000 characters. Single space all text. Do not leave blank lines. Use standard abbreviations. Place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears. Write numbers as numerals rather than words.
4. Authors' names and institutions should be entered in the appropriate fields. The following data is needed for the "Institution Field" - Name of the Institution, Department, City and Country.
5. Please, select your preference of presentation (Oral presentation or E-poster). You may submit the Workshop proposal or abstract for International Faculty Forum as well.
6. In order to make the abstract as informative as possible, please include (in the body field): an objective, materials and methods, results, conclusion, acknowledgements (if appropriate).
7. Please avoid references, tables and figures.
8. It is the author‘s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific facts will be reproduced as typed by the author. You will be able to correct all abstracts on-line until 15 February 2012.
9. One registered participant can submit as presenting (first) author no more than three abstracts with preferred type of presentation (E-poster/ Oral presentation).
10. You may also submit your suggestions to Workshop. Be sure to enter the “Title Field” for your suggestion and abstract text including purpose of Workshop, format/methodology (facilitated discussion, exercises, etc.). It would be helpful, if you also include target groups or other possible participants.
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Notification of acceptance / rejection of abstract will be done on the end of February, 2012. Please contact Congress Secretariat if you have not received your notification by e-mail. Oral presentations may be changed to e-poster presentations.
PUBLICATION
Abstracts after the process of reviewing will be selected for oral presentations and e-poster presentations. Abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of 12th World Congress on Environmental Health only in case of registration of presenting (first) author.
