ACCOMMODATION
Hotel rooms in different categories have been reserved for Congress participants. In order to make a hotel reservation, please access the registration online and choose your hotel. There are only limited numbers of hotels rooms available. Please book your desired hotel as early as possible. The deadline for hotel booking - 1 April 2012! Don't miss the excelent opportunity to book a room at very good rates.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The credit card information you provide will be used towards the hotel as well as to AIM Group International - AIM Group Baltic to guarantee your room reservation.We will perform an authorization for one night stay prior your arrival. After you check-in to the hotel the authorization will be canceled.
In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date, or departure before the reserved date, and cancellation AIM Group International - AIM Group Baltic or the hotel may charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the one night stay requested.

Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out!
CONFIRMATION OF HOTEL BOOKING
The hotel booking will be confirmed by email after we receive the credit card details. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice in 3 days after the booking are strongly recommended to contact the Congress Secretariat by e-mail info@ifeh2012.org.
